CaliforniaCoastalGolf.com  will be responsible for technical creation and operation of the Auction, including:

1. Creation and operation of the Auction web pages. 
2. Promotion of the Auction in both print and/or Internet media.
3. Notify all members of the e-mail database from CaliforniaCoastalGolf.com
4. Electronic collection of bid information during the auction.
5. Reporting of winning bidders information and charge card numbers to your Organization.

Your Organization will be responsible for

1. Supply CaliforniaCoastalGolf.com with suitable electronic art files, relative value and descriptive copy for each item for publication on the Auction Web site.
2. Publicizing the Auction through its own membership network.
