The Ventura County Chapter of the Mexican American Golf Association (MAGA)
began over 35 years ago. We are golfers that love the challenge to improve our game,
our character and have fun doing it. Currently we have over 120 members and are
actively recruiting new members.
Ventura MAGA has a strong history; many of the current members were the original
founders of this chapter.

MAGA IN CALIFORNIA
With over 1,200 members statewide, MAGA is the largest Hispanic golf association in the State of California. MAGA is actively involved in the promotion, practice of, and enjoyment of golf for its members, junior members and guests.
MAGA’s first chapter was incorporated in August, 1963. This beginning was the
nucleus for the 23 chapters that are now available throughout California to serve their
respective members and communities.
