Why
collect wines as an
investment? Every once
in a while a
"following"
develops for an item
that is in limited
supply. Whether it be
coins, stamps, hot
wheels or old posters,
the value increases as
the
"following"
increases. Each vintage
has a known, limited
quantity of wines
produced adding to its
value. The
"older"
it gets, the more
valuable it gets and
unlike traditional
collectibles, most good
wines
"improve with age".
Norma Jeane wines are now in
that category.

Each
vintage of Norma Jeane
Merlot features a
photograph taken of the
young actress in the
years just before she
captured the imagination
of the American public
as Marilyn Monroe.
Designer Susann Ortega
creates each label in
the vintage series to
reflect the unabashed
appeal that will always
be Norma Jeane. |

Like Marilyn Merlot, Marilyn Cabernet, and the newly-released Velvet Collection, Norma Jeane wines have captured the imagination of collectors and as well as those who simply enjoy the exuberance of young and delicious Merlot.
Norma Jeane is becoming highly collectable. The first vintage, 1998, is being sold for over $150 per bottle. |

Norma Jeane wines reflect the freshness and youthful charm of the young Marilyn Monroe. These are wines full of vibrant fruit flavors that are meant to be enjoyed soon after they are released.
Since the first vintage in 1998, each Norma Jeane Merlot has been produced from grapes grown in the Tallerico Vineyard in French Camp, California. A little Syrah is blended with typically 80 percent or more Merlot, giving an abundance of fruit flavor and luminous color to each vintage. |
